Perparing to sleep…..try to laying on bed to sleep but still felt like something i missed to do yet
Writing a diary slowly became my habit….It’s it good or bad??? Who care as i never do……
Start from yesterday a lots had listed in my list of habit:
!- writing a diary, as what i have doing now
2-spend somes times on gym…True Fitness….agreement had been signed, no more excuse to quit…..
3-still will keep on swimming….it’s really makes me feel so good better than do anythings…nothing to be think, nothing to be wait….
4-awake earlier everyday in the morning, have a very morning breakfast with my collegue…relationship really have to spend some times to build up….
5- awake earlier, for sure you need to sleep earlier too to cover back a normal sleep time, get more rest then will have a healthy life!
6- take a good care before i eat anythings….. no more heavy food, just enought to fulfill my hungry, maybe more meal but less ingredients.
Good good good….so far so good…i’m proud to myself
